In this 3 day workshop , we'll be diving into the exciting world of design thinking and the Get, Keep, Grow funnel to help your business grow. You'll get to work with other awesome attendees and learn how to apply empathy mapping and customer journey mapping to better understand your customers' needs and pain points.
